These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIFound website and services (the “Service”) operated by AIFound (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

AIFound provides AI visibility services that help businesses submit and structure their website and social media profile information for discovery within AI assistant platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

We do not guarantee specific placement, rankings, mentions, traffic, or revenue results. AI platforms update frequently, and visibility outcomes may vary.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When using AIFound, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business and contact information
• Submit only links and profiles you own or have authorization to promote
• Not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content
• Not use the Service for spam, fraud, or activities that violate third-party platform policies

AIFound offers one-time plans (Starter, Growth) and a recurring subscription plan (Pro). Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future purchases; existing subscriptions renew at the rate shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Launch pricing and promotional offers are limited-time and subject to availability as displayed on the website.

Pro Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@aifound.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases if you are not satisfied with your setup. Refund requests must be submitted to support@aifound.dev within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may exclude third-party processing fees where applicable.

Our free AI visibility scanner and live statistics on the website may use simulated or estimated data for demonstration purposes. Free scan results are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance or a complete audit.

The AIFound website, branding, software, and content are owned by AIFound or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content and links you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, format, and use your submitted information solely to provide the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or white-label the Service without authorization

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE SPECIFIC AI VISIBILITY RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIFound from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
